What does the setup fee cover?
The setup fee covers onboarding, training your receptionist on your business, configuring call flows and transfers, provisioning your phone number, and testing everything before going live. If you don't keep the service beyond 90 days, you'll get 100% of your setup fee back.
Are there any hidden charges?
No. The flat rate standard plan is $499/month, no overages and you get everything — a 24/7 call handling agent, access to the whole platform, and priority service.
How long does setup take?
Most businesses are live within a week. Simple setups can be done in a few days.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There's no long-term contract. If you want to cancel, you can do so from our platform or just let us know. We can turn it off immediately or at the end of your billing cycle.
